We think all of you need a health check before the term starts and there is no better way to do it than a pub crawl. As the weather seems to be getting a little bit better, we'll dare to go out and walk all along Byres Road visiting at least 5 pubs during one night.

We will gather on Saturday 25 September at 19:30 at "The Clinic" pub on Dumbarton Road (map), just across the road from the Western Infirmary and the Southern Gate of the University. (It is a large YELLOW building that you cannot miss). From there, we will move on to start on Byres Road to the Three Judges for the best ales in Glasgow. The rest is all uphill! The Aragon will be our next stop, to be followed by the Tennents bar where we will discover the history behind Byres Road. Then, we may try one of the pubs in Ashton Lane... Of course everything weather permitting and how many brave members we keep until the end!
