Probably the place where golf was invented, with the oldest University in Scotland and to be fair, a nice Victorian town & harbour.
We will be leaving the main gate of Glasgow Uni at 9:00am on Saturday 12 February. The plans for the day include a visit to the cathedral, the castle, and a possible tour of the town's highlights. Entrance to cathedral AND castle is £1.50 for both.
We plan to head back at 5:00pm with a return time in Glasgow around 6:30pm.
St. Andrew's is normally VERY cold, so please check the weather and dress up accordingly
