Format: 5-a-side, with at least one girl on the pitch.

Enter your country into the International Society's World Cup. 5 Aside with one girl per team on the pitch at all times. You can enter up to 8 players.

Pick up a form at the pub night or just make up a team sheet with the name of your country, a team captain, contact email and your team list. Hand these in by Monday 7 March. First come first serve, so be sure to get your team a place.

Wear your teams strip or colours. Bring along your supporters. There are prizes to be won!
